Shopping Cart only displays In Stock Items. All other displayed items
are in stock at the time the standard webpage was last updated. Standard
updating is normally once each weekday while the Cart System updates each
minute 24/7. All items listed are subject to availability at the
time your order is received. It is entirely possible that someone may have
just bought the last of that item just before you placed your order.

SHIPPING:
We ship all Domestic U.S. destinations via UPS (United Parcel Service).
All International destinations shipped via United States Postal Service
Air. No tracking and no insurance is available with this option.
EMS (Express Mail with Tracking and Insurance) Service is available
during checkout through our Online

CUSTOMS AND EXCISE TAX:
Prices for international orders do not include customs charges or excise
taxes that you may be required to pay in your country. You will need to
check with your local officials for information on what you may be required
to pay.
COD SHIPMENTS:
We no longer ship C.O.D. - no exceptions
DAMAGE CLAIMS:
All damage claims, must be reported within 5 working days from the
time you receive your order. Damage claims are only accepted if the item
was shipped via UPS or EMS. If you received a damaged item that appears
to be caused by UPS shipper abuse or neglect then please call UPS to initiate
a claim. You must retain the item, the original box and the packaging
materials for UPS to inspect. No damage claims are reimbursed until the
claim is settled by UPS. This normally takes 7-10 working days. EMS (Express
Mail) damage claims can take up to 3 months due to the involvement of multiple
countries. All damaged items will need returned to our facility.
REFUNDS and RETURNS:
A) REFUNDS ARE FOR PURCHASE PRICE ONLY. RETURNS FOR UNWANTED/UNDAMAGED
PRODUCT MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING IN RESALEABLE CONDITION.
ALL RETURNS FOR UNWANTED PRODUCT ARE SUBJECT TO A 20 PERCENT RESTOCKING
FEE IF THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE IS NOT OBSERVED OR FOLLOWED.
B) NO REFUNDS ON SHIPPING CHARGES. RETURNS FOR UNWANTED PRODUCT MUST HAVE AN R.G.A. # (RETURN GRANT AUTHORIZATION) AFFIXED TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX IN PLAIN VIEW AND MUST BE PRE-PAID - WE DO NOT ACCEPT COD SHIPMENTS.
