Pre-Ordering Details
A: Pre-ordering is actually pretty simple. When you place an order for a product from us that has not yet arrived our warehouse it is considered a pre-order. Since we do not set our automated shopping cart to allow pre-orders this means all pre-orders will need to be emailed, faxed or phoned in to our facility. This allows us to enter your information into our computerized pre-order system. All pre-orders are automatically time/date stamped and shipped out in that same order (first in - first out). Remember that even though we take your preorder and all included information we never charge you for the item until it actually is processed and ready to ship from our warehouse.
We will need the following information to accept your pre-order..
For returning customers this is easy. Just email us with a stock
number(s).
The reason for pre-ordering is actually pretty basic. It may seem like a long drawn out process but once you understand it then it is easy.
1) The item has not yet been released by the factory but still you see we have the pictures, stock numbers, prices and an estimated delivery date posted on a page. This item should become available at some future date because we already have some on order from the manufacturer. Your preorder allows us as a dealer to determine how much consumer interest there may be in a particular product. We in turn re-order enough product to fill demand. In turn for pre-ordering a product we generally (but not always) offer you a discount.
2) Sometimes the item(s) had already arrived our warehouse but we have since ran out of stock. More stock is available from the manufacturer so we either have them enroute or will place the order very soon. Again - these items you should pre-order.
You can pre-order any item that is listed as NLA. (No Longer Available) but it is not likely you will ever receive it, however, we have on occasion found additional stock of a particularly fast moving item at some place other than the factory. Most often, we find these oversea's in a warehouse somewhere and since they cost us more then they will also cost you more.
