Is there a printed catalog you can send me?
No, we do not have a catalog or information
with pictures that we can mail or fax you. Our inventory changes frequently
and this makes it very difficult and cost prohibitive to produce a catalog.
Every item we have in stock, or can special order is available for viewing
direct from our website.
How do I place an order? I don't see a shopping

Why can't I make all the pictures bigger?
When we began building our website in 1994, one of the first things
we did was look at other sites and the biggest problems we encountered
with was long page load times. These load times come from excessive advertising,
excessive graphics, animated gifs and/or busy servers. Commercial webmasters
are either under the impression that everyone in the world has internet
access to fast connections (quick page loads) or are just trying to make
a website visually appealing for their end customers. In the real world
many people still view the internet using betwen 28.8 to 44.0 connection
so our website was built around this speed. In order to "fix" wait
times for page loads we thumbnailed all images and then made the important
ones enlargable, we do not use banner advertising for revenue, nor do we
feed you with useless information. Bottom line - You will find our
site loads fast, is easy to navigate, and provides all information neccessary
without excess.
Why do you need the 3 digits from the back
of my Credit Card.
We constantly stay on top of the industry standard to prevent unauthorized
use of your card. These 3 digits are for your protection as well as ours
and this is just one of the methods we employ to discourage credit card
fraud. The majority of Credit Card Fraud comes from stolen card numbers
- not stolen cards. When you have the card in your hand then you also have
these additional digits available. Call your card issuer if you have any
further doubts or questions.
We will also ask for your billing address, this information is imported to our card machine as a "double check" to electronically verify that we are sending your package to the same address listed with the card issuer.
I hear about "hackers" getting into database's
all the time and stealing credit card and personnel information, even from
supposedly secure sites. What do you do to prevent this from happening
to my information?
For one - we do not keep your information on any system accessable
via a modem. Someone would physically have to break into our facility,
find the right computer, find the right software program and then print
it all. This is highly unlikely.
How do I know you are a legitimate business?
I ordered something off the web once and never did get the item, now I
can't find the company anywhere.
We find this disturbing and although it is not a prevalent problem
it does happen now and then. Unscrupulous people will find a way to take
your money both on and off the web. It can happen any day in any city in
the world in one form or another. You have the right to doubt and/or question.
Here are some things you may want to know about us and ways to verify that
information.
1) We are a family owned business which began in January '94, Give us a call 541-576-2011 and use your best judgement.
2) Call the Better Business Bureau serving Idaho and Eastern Oregon and ask them to check for complaints. 208-342-4649
3) Call the Lake County Oregon Chamber of Commerce and ask them about us. 541-576-2166
4) Call any of our manufacturer/suppliers, U.S. representatives and ask them about our history.
5) Mastercard/Visa accepted here. Card Companies run an extensive check before allowing us to accept their cards.
As an International Customer, how can I send
my credit card information without calling or faxing you?
Most international customers usually opt to send us their Credit
Card number and expiration information via multiple emails. This is done
more often than you would think and is a relatively secure way of sending
this information as long as you do not send the entire card # in any single
mail.
First email should contain the first 8 digits.
Second email contains the last 8 digits.
Third email contains the expiration date.
Just email us and let us know you are sending the information this
way, we will compile all emails here and let you know that all was received.
I am coming through your area and would like
to actually see some of the models before I buy. Is this possible?
We are warehouse mail-order and with few exceptions don't allow
retail customers to visit. We have however, been known to break the rules,
if you think you are going to spend a good sum of money (above 1K) and
want to stop by then just ask. We can make arrangements for you to visit.

yours. How do I do this?
Just email us with the URL of your site. If it meets our "relatively
easy standards" we will send you return email with our information to list
on your site. If we send you our information, this means we have already
added your link to our page.
